Blurliness

Blurryness on TNT sports channels during snooker and football are sky aware of this? Is there going to be a fix? I have 65 in sky glass Gen 2

Wenare fellow customers here on the community so no one can tell you if Sky are aware. However if it was a large scale issue generally the community would have had a big uptick in posts. Do you have issues with any other channels? Does your broadband meet the minimum requirements (25Mbps for HD, 30Mbps for UHD).

 

If you do believe this is an issue with the broadcast, the best course of action is to email sky's viewer relations team: viewerr@sky.uk. They will investigate with the correct team / 3rd party broadcaster and feedback as necessary.

Thank you Mike. It's a big issue and it's on the forum under the banner TNT sports. I have emailed fewer relations. Thank you so much for your help. Means a lot as we do pay a lot for sky glass so we want that working properly all the time. Thanks again, Pete
