Cannot get UHD after swapping to streaming

Had to change from Sky Q to streaming due to neighbours tree.  We had UHD before but now says our TV does not support this.

@SkyDriver1 Obvious question maybe but you do have a 4K TV don't you? UHD can't play on anything less than this resolution. 

The other thing to check is do you have UHD as part of your Stream set-up? If not, you need to add it. 

Other than that, ringing Sky might be the best bet.

Are you  paying for uhd in your subscription ? If not that would  be why

@SkyDriver1 Has any of the troubleshooting tips from the linked thread or the images from a Google search helped at all? If not, I'm afraid your best bet is to ring Sky's Technical team.
