@MariaJames Firstly reboot your Glass or Stream puck (whichever you have) by switching it off at the plug socket and waiting a minute before switching it on again. It will then take about a minute to reboot.
You can also refresh your Apps in Settings > System Management > refresh Apps. It can take a while for the apps to be refreshed but it is done in the background so you can still watch other programmes.
