Try Firefox browser...
Using MySky app on Andriod (samsung phone) I got the 'Something Went wrong, please try agin later' error message.
I logged into my sky account on a broswer, windows PC using Chrome, same problem... got the same 'Something Went wrong, please try agin later' message.
While the nice lady on the phone tried to transfer me to a technical deaprtment, I tried using Firefox browser on my PC. It worked first time.
Maybe the problem was the browser blocking a pop up or somthing. Hope this helps someone else.
