Hi @Shan18 and welcome to the forum. This is a customer help customer forum so do not have access to any account details. You should be able to access your account/bills through your My Sky account at www.sky.com and selecting Bills & Payments.
If you are unable to access your MySky account you will have to call the Sky Customer services team. I can't post the relevant phone number as unfortunately the forum will block phone numbers but you can find the 0333 number via the 'need more help' link at the bottom of the page at this link: https://www.sky.com/help/home
