Browned off
Television keeps going grey whil watching programs also sound comes and goes broadband is showing excellent network any suggestions would be much appreciated.

The signal strength isn't a great measure, it's the throughput that counts. What broadband speed do you get? And what speed is your Glass getting?
You can check this in netflix > profile pic > get help > connectivity check. Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
