Hi @Cragga1964 and welcome to the forum. If your Sony headphones are not connecting to any discovered device then the problem probably lies with the headphones and not your Glass TV.
All I can suggest it to factory reset the headphones. I had Sony ones at one time but can't remember how to factory reset them but I'm sure you will find the procedure by Googling it.
