Blank sc

I am unable to get any live tv channels, on demand and internet works ok. After about two minutes of a black screen a message appears saying there is a technical issue please try later. This has happened multiple times now

Hi @Terry148 

 

Have you rebootee in the first instance? (Settings > System Management> Resets & Updates > Reboot).

 

Also check the speed you are getting in Netflix (Profile Pic > Get Help? > Connectivity Check) - Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
