Sky glass has sound nonpicture

I am having the same problem. I tried rebooting; the picture comes up for 5 minutes, then goes out again.

The TV has just sound with no display. I have rebooted the wifi and TV. But still not working

Start watching the sky glass, it will still have sound, no pictures. Unplugged both internet and TV. Left for 20 mins. Keeps doing it.

This seems to be happening to a growing number of Sky Glass customers today.

Every streaming app or sky channel I use plays and then the picture drops after about 5 mins to a black screen. The sound is still there, pause and play still work but I have a black screen. I've turned it on and off at the plug, unplugged and re plugged into a new socket, restarted at least 5 times, updated all apps. I'm at a loss? Only had it 3 weeks!!

Seems to be a current 'thing' with SkyOS. Several Sky Glass customers are reporting the same thing.

I keep getting a message to say that there is a technical issue or waiting for programme to load, then a black screen with no sound

Same issue , when you check internet connection it keeps dropping out , every other device is fine so must be a sly issue

The screen just keeps going black you can still hear the programme that is on but there is no picture. It is doing it on the apps as well

This is happening to a lot of people tonight it seems...
