Badges ? Give me a break

Are we all badge collecting infants ?

 

Grow up !!!

 

Spend your time updating your systems to give the viewer control of what they watch and for how long their tv stays on 'WITHOUT' your intervention !!

 

I pay the bills here, so give me freedom to choose !

Built into the forum platform, unfortunately, which isn't itself a Sky or Comcast product.

And exactly how do you expoect fellow customers, which we are,  do that?

The remark is aimed at Sky not you.

 

They provide this platform, so they can tailor their content no ? They obviously contract that job out but should still have a say in what content to include ??

 

I don't need (nor want) badges for asking questions. It is, imo, for kids not growed ups.

@Mearnsie  Sky doesn't necessarily read posts on here as it's predominantly a customer help forum as @GD1 mentioned 

 

perhaps find another communication route to lodge your displeasure like their social media accounts
