Hello, 

Any idea why auto backlight control doesn't stay on?

Keeps just reverting back.

It's a bug in a recent firmware update - under investigation at the moment hopefully fixed soon

@Jporch316 Weird. I thought it was fixed. I was able to turn mine to Off after getting the latest update.

@Abdn607 What build version number is your TV running? (Settings - System Management). Mind you, as you'll be sending your faulty TV back it's the least of your worries!

Any updates are rolled out in batches - sometime s over many weeks 

users will often be on different versions

Received my replacement tv today and no lines this time so all good. 

Unfortunately the backlight problem is still there so hopefully that will be fixed soon.
