BBC channels not loading on sky glass

Comes up programme waiting ti load, plays for 30 seconds then returns to menu

Hi @roobarb9 

 

Working here. Have you tried a reboot in the first instance. Also what version / region of BBC are you on? Are other channels loading as expected?

Welcome to the forum, the thing to do is turn off the tv, then unplug it from the mains for 1 minute, when plugging the tv back in at the same time hold in the power button on the side of the tv for 30 seconds
