Just installed new sky glass tv. Get an audio description of everything a try to do from changing volume and channels . Don't want it, how do I remove it

Press and hold the voice button on your remote, or for Sky Glass, say "Hello Sky".
Say "Audio Description off or "Turn off Audio Description".
To switch it off in Settings:
Press Home on your Sky remote.
Scroll down to Settings, then press select or say "Settings".
Select Accessibility, then Audio Description.
To switch it on or off for only the channel you're watching:
Press the ... (three dots options menu) button on your Sky remote. It's the button under the standby/power button.
Scroll right to Audio Description then press select.
Scroll down to find your chosen language, then press select.
