Apple TV freezing

Watching Apple TV and the whole thing just freezers nothing works so I have to unplug it to then reboot it up ! Any idea why ?

Ok,  I see you mentioned you have done restarts, but no mention of an app refresh.

1. Press Home on your Sky remote, then highlight Settings.
2. Press System management
3. Resets &updates

Select any of the following;

Update apps; this will update all apps on your device to the latest version and download any newly available apps.

Close apps; this will close all apps that are currently running in the background.

Reinstall apps; this offers you the ability to reinstall one of your apps on your device with any available updates. you may need to sign in again after this reinstalling.
