Which apps?

The standard answer is reboot and run an app refresh in settings often told it takes 24 hours but when running a refresh with one of the tech team it took around 15 mins. Hit refresh but stay on that screen once refresh complete the home screen will appear.

I have constant issues with Paramount and 5, 4 was playing up last night but I think that was 4 not Sky.

Also had problems with Netflix app a couple of days ago,where profile went missing (kids profile stayed same),also language went to Spanish

Not sure if problem with broadband 

Freezing on some normal channels but not as bad,also WiFi is slowish

I am facing the same issue, it freezes every 5 minutes. On BBC Iplayer it keeps buffering or giving an error message. If I'm on TV like a Cbeebies this morning I get a blue screen after 5 minutes the connection seems to keep getting lost

My broadband signals are showing as good

This is normally an indication your netflix account has been compromised

@Zophia how are you testing that? The only decent indication of the internet speed on a Sky Glass currently is to run the network speed check through the Netflix app on the Glass.

Signed out of Netflix but won't let me sign back in.should be the same email as sky?,as when trying this email it says no account is known with this email
