Why am I watching adverts when I pay to not watch them on discovery plus

As per https://support.discoveryplus.com/gb/Answer/Detail/000004067, the Discovery + Entertainment tier contains ads 

Sky Stream, Sky Glass Air and Sky Broadband customer
