Add skipping

Good morning, I have removed my add skipping because it wasn't working so I thought I could reset it that way, but now I can't

Removing it will take it from your account and your "my sky" should say when this will be removed. However when you say it's not working, please can you describe in what way it's not working? Is it apps or sky content? Etc etc.
