unable to supply replacement sky air tv with faulty screen

43" sky glass air ordered 3/9 delivered 6/9 set up and found faulty screen with crescent shaped "shadow."  Reported am 7/9 promised replacement for following day. never arrived. numerous telephone calls over next 3 weeks, usual fobbing off. Latest today 30/9 a text saying they are "still expering issues replacing the sky glass tv again escalated to our IT Helpdest sorry ect will continue to monitor" No reason why is given . I have been a sky customer for over 30 years but I am now considering cancelling the lot. Does anyone know if sky are having distribution problems or experience anything like this?

That all sounds ridiculous. Personally if I were you I'd be cancelling and buying a TV elsewhere. If you want to persevere then submit a formal complaint as you should not be waiting so long for a replacement.
