been trying to renew contract at a better deal was offered a deal and was told i would revive a call back as there was technical issues at the time howver no phone call back when given a date an time for a call back. phoned again today offered a deal that was dearer than the original one offered was told would recieve a call back from original agent in 10 minutes stilll waiting over an hour later this is bad customer service and am extremley unhappy with sky at this point

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@citysarah You're not talking to Sky, if you wish to discuss a new deal you'll need to call back.

If they try to say the original offer is no longer available then tell them it was due to their technical issue that you couldn't accept the offer at the time. You can ask them to listen back to the original call for confirmation and make sure you get what was originally offered.
