h i- i have tried logging in with my sky credentials but they were'nt recognised - any suggestions please ?

@ng19701 if you're using discovery plus app you need to create a separate account and link it to your sky account depending on who you pay and use those credentials to login

@ng19701 As you are paying sky as well as what I've already posted you can also use the sky go app for the iPad using your sky credentials but note sky go doesn't provide any of the extra streams when the UEFA competions are playing you will need discovery plus for those
