sky sports/netflix

I have been charged for Netflix,  i have been charged since Sept 2023 and yet i changed over to sky and am still being charged.  can you help with this?  also i would like to cancel sky sports, i signed up under the condition i could cancel at any time

@Nic431  We are customers on this forum just like yourself so are not able to help you with this.  You will need to call Sky directly to discuss your Netflix issues.  You can also cancel Sky Sport at the same time.

 

If Sky is your mobile provider you can phone them by  dialling 150.

 

If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.

For your Netflix issue that sounds like when you linked you Sky Glass and Netflix, you linked it to a different Netflix account so potentially you have 2 Netflix accounts, one that is free from Sky and the other that you have been paying for.

 

You need check the email addresses associated with the Netflix account to see if you do indeed have 2 Netflix accounts ( which is the  common cause of issues like this)., if you need to unlink Sky from a Netflix account, you will need to call Netflix about that, as potentially you want to unlink it 

 

With regards to Sky Sports, it depends on what you signed up to. If you took Sky Sports are part of a minimum term contract ( which typically means you get it discounted), then you are unlikely to be able to remove it unless the minimum term ends. You can get 31 day monthly Sky Sports packages which are typically at a higher cost but gives you the flexibility to remove Sky Sports with 31 days notice.
