Why didn't you return your Sky Glass TV within the cooling off period? Did you check the channel availability before purchase?
When spending hundreds of pounds on a TV it's essential to do your own research and to never trust a sales pitch, from any company, not just Sky.
If you are outside the cooling off period you can still return to Sky Q and the full channel line up (including Talking Pictures) by conacting Sky and requesting a switch from a streaming TV contract back to Q. The Q box would attach to one of the HDMI sockets on the back of a Glass TV and you would just use the Glass as a monitor/soundbar.

Re: sky glass
Talking Pictures have so far decided along with Sky, not to have their channels available on Sky Stream/Glass.
Not that I watch much on that channel, I have Sky Stream and airplay the Talking Pictures app from an iPad to the TVs that are connected to my Stream, or a Roku that is attached to one of the TVs. It plays out well for anything that I occasionally watch on the channel.
The app has the full Talking Pictures catalogue of series and films.
You could also do the same using the Sky Glass built in airplay ability.
Plus, on Sky Glass, if you plug in an aerial to the back of the Sky Glass TV, you can view all the freeview channels, one being Talking Pictures and watch it live. The tv guide epg is basic, but does its job.
You will find the aerial app for using that in your Sky Glass app rail.
But, you cannot add anything there to your Sky Glass playlist, so it's live watching only, but combine that with the airplay method above and you have On demand content also.
Still, it is there in the forms above, if that helps.

Not for the first 30 days. It isn't possible to go back to Sky+ HD, but rejecting Glass and moving (or reverting) to Sky Q is certainly an option.
