reinstating after cancellation

I have paid all of the instalments for my sky glass tv and 2 months ago I cancelled my subscription and instead, used a firestick to get other apps and channels. 

I have logged into sky today to try and reinstate my essentials and movie packages but it will not let me order anything without buying a new tv from them!

Is there any way round this or should I just stick to the clunky way round watching tv through apps?

Hi @Charlotte74 You certainly don't need to purchase another Glass TV to resubscribe but you will have to call them to get the new subscription sorted out.
