I have got sky entertainment and netflix with my sky glass TV, when i try to log in on the TV it says i need a sky plan, does anyone know how i can log in without it saying this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Evalouise1 if you haven't tried already a reboot of the Tv may fix this. Just turn it off at the plug for at least 30 seconds before turning it back on.
