No service - answers needed please - unhappy customer

This is the second time now, in less than 24 hours that my sky glass tv and fibre broadband have let me down. What is going on? Please assist

Any routine maintenance on Broadband usually takes place overnight so that fewer people are impacted. This could be what you're experiencing if it's happening when you posted at 0230.
