keep saying no wifi connection , then u can't get what u series linked

says no WiFi connection at least twice a week , or some programmes on series link don't appear .......... should have kept sky Q or gone to virgin

How long have you had Glass? If you are in the first 31 days you can reject and go back to Q. However you will need to speak to Sky customer services as we are all customers here.

 

Glass requires a strong and stable internet connection to work, I'm with BT and havent suffered any such issues. It might be worth connecting via ethernet, or power line adaptors, or seeing if your ISP can give you WiFi extenders.

 

In terms of series not appearing, as there is no physical recording the system relies on a lot of meta data being passed from broadcasters and back, and sometimes it does go wrong. Usually the series appear when available on the relevant app, but this varies broadcaster to broadcaster.
