Just gone to watch iPlayer on puck and I can't find it under apps. When I click on restart on BBC channels it says "Technical error". Have restarted several times and turned of for several minutes nothing fixes it. Have tried restart app but that's doesn't seem to do anything. Does anyone have any ideas?

Unbelievable, have turned it off several times, left it off for over half an hour nothing worked. Completely disappeared. It's not worked for over 2 hours. The very second I post on here it suddenly appears and starts working. Thanks anyway.

Have you tried doing an app refresh?
Press Home on your Sky remote, then highlight Settings. Press System management then Resets and updates and finally Refresh apps
