horrendous service 55 mins and cut off

trying to get a sky glass replacement tv 

morning in for 1 hour being shoved to different departments and then on hold for 40 mins to be cut off 

tried again this evening hold for 44 mins then cut off again 

i'm apoplectic with crap service rage .. vip member as well

If you are in your cooling off period it maybe a better idea to completely cancel?

No your Sky contract cooling off period ... can you still cancel without charges?
