Hi @Leonc1

You have 31 days to arrange a return. It takes some getting used to, but the more you use it the more things will make sense. Do you have any specific questions the community may be able to help with?

See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv re cooling off period.

I think you also have a £25 return fee to pay as well if you do return it.

Re: dont like sky glass

I'd give it a longer trial during your 31 day cool off period. Like it or not Glass/Stream is the future, Q will be fazed out over the coming years and the switch to streaming will become inevitable.

Yeah to echo what others say, take advantage of this time to see if you get used to it and come to like it. The change from Sky Satellite to Sky streaming can take some getting used to but if you're like me you'll find that the new ways have a lot of advantages you'll come to appreciate.

If not though, send it back, go back to Q and grab a new TV elsewhere. No harm done!

Re: dont like sky glass

Hi @mikealanr

I've been trying to get my head round the differences but I have just discovered one problem. We always watch f1 highlights either on sky showcase or channel 4 I don't want to pay extra for sky sports so yesterday I added both programmes to playlist. The sky showcase one has disappeared now it's finished so if it's not on catchup you stand no chance of watching it, is that correct ?

@Leonc1  With glass/stream any play listed program on showcase will default to the host channel on playback In this case ss f1

so showcase is in affect a watch live only channel
