changing my new sky 43inch tv

got new tv 43inch and when i went to put it up its too small... how can i get a bigger one from sky

@janny123  Your post has been moved from the Sky Q board as this isn't a Sky Q box related query.

 

If you had your TV more than 30 days then I'm afraid your outside the cool off period, if it's in the cool off period you can return  the TV to Sky and cancel your credit agreement, you would need to place a new order with a 2nd credit check for the larger TV.

 

You would need to call Sky to arrange the return.   Sky Glass returns | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

 

There is no swap/exchange option on Glass TV's

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
