We have sky glass,
Our Internet has gone down with the weather,
We clicked on someone else's Internet by accident and now we have a blue screen saying there's technical issues (Internet not with sky) howndo we change the Internet or even change over to hdmi so we can watch a dvd. Thanks

I also have this issue. Can't access any menus to change anything or reset anything. The master reset as advised by Sky comes up with "Software Error" once I've downloaded and verified the software.

Can you advise more please? I have same problem. I've done update by hotspotting to phone, but when tv resets after confirming update, it drops from hotspot.

A few things to try that have helped others with the recent problem;
Try rebooting your broadband router when your Sky Glass TV or Sky Stream puck is unplugged.
Then, try the restart procedure again.
Try temporarily connecting an ethernet cable from your Sky Glass Tv or Sky Stream puck to your broadband router and once up and running do a network reset in the Sky device settings and add back to your normal broadband wifi.
Or, on a mobile phone go into the phone settings, search for mobile hotspot.
Create one and when the procedure asks for wifi, connect temporarily to that mobile hotspot you created and once up and running then go into the Sky device settings, do a network reset and add back to your normal broadband wifi.

I have pressed reset and it won't let me press confirm I can press any other button and it works but it won't do anything when I press confirm, I've switched tv off and on from the mains and still nothing
