I am a Sky customer and have received an email regarding Black Friday deals, tried to order via the sky app on my mobile (device and sim with sky) but it says there are technical difficulties. Logged onto my computer and logged in to my Sky account and I am being offered sky stream for £15 pm on 24 month contract.......yes please, get to paying for my order, techincal difficulties, I then tru the £18 pm rolling contract for 24 months, exactly the same issue. I have had sky streema before am I now blacklisted because I had it once but then returned it as I didn't want to pay £31pm for it ?

We are fellow subscribers so no one here can tell you if your are blacklisted but unlikely. However if many offers are for new Sky customers only. If you have had a Sky account within the last year your not classed as a new subscriber. Also sky's systems struggle with upgrading online for Q to stream etc and existing customers quite regularly have to call.
The best course of action would be to dial 150 from your Sky mobile and speak to Sky customer service and see if they will honour the email you have had.
