Youtube app consistently freezing

Every time we are playing a video on YouTube the picture freezes yet the sound continues. We have tried resetting the app, restarting the stream puck and we are up to date with software. All other apps are working fine on the sky stream and youtube is working on other devices.

have you tried pulling the plug on the puck for five minutes or so ?
