Wifi glass tv
Hi. My sky glass tv is not working since 8pm tonight. It says technical fault, please try again later. The two pucks I have are no longer working properly. I have done everything I have been advised to do but still not working.

Re: Wifi glass tv
Hi @StevenKent
If you are having issues with all your devices it likely points to an issue with your broadband. Try powering off your glass and pucks at the mains, power off your router for a few minutes, and then power it back on. Once reconnected and WiFi back on power your sky devices on one by one.
