@Cjw567567 It's at sky's discretion but the fee for the first puck is usually waived, but you do have to physically order it (along with however many you require upto the maximum allowance of six ) as ordering whole home alone doesn't include the first puck as standard as it can be used for other things like extra mobile devices for sky go on extra devices including Xbox
