Normally it's the broadband connection.
Sky Stream relies entirely on you supplying the puck with a fast and stable broadband connection. Without that it simply will not work very well. The Stream pucks are quite sensitive to speed fluctuations and, unlike most other streaming devices and services, much of the SkyOS platform runs from Sky's server, not on the puck itself. It is therefore critical that you provide as good a connection as possible, otherwise it's pointless having Sky Stream.
