Hi @Demia

If you device set up? I.e. can you get to home screen and access the settings? If so you need to go Settings > Network > Network Connection> Reset.

If you are stuck on step up you need to hard reset your Glass by following the steps here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-network-setup

I've reset many times the tv hasn't even been set up yet I rang sky today they said can take up to 13 days to sort out if they can't they'll have to replace, they said it hasn't activated from their end but my argument is why won't it let me set it up??

Probably because the 'free wifi on the street' is running a captive portal which the television cannot get past, but unfortunately accessing the network reset page is further through the user interface and cannot be reached until the set is activated.

This is a potential pitfall in the setup pathway which the designers apparently didn't anticipate.

I suspect it would be considerably faster for Sky to simply log the set as DOA and book a hardware swap.
