I want to cancel my ad skipping but to do so you have to log out via the basket, which doesn't seem to exist. I know Sky make it as difficult as possible to cancel anything but this is ridiculous.

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/ad-skipping-sky-glass
Click change TV pack in that link > manage content packs > home set up >ad skipping > click already yours > remove
You then get a green view basket bar at the bottom. Click it > confirm changes button.

Thank you Mikealanr. Yesterday when I tried there was no green bar appearing. Using your link seemed to do the trick.
