apple fanboys are always last 😂
@Anonymous best thing they could do is to remove CW rail completely until they get it working .........
100% agree I've said the same just do away with it and clean up Playlist.
Or move the CW rail under the playlist menu and then it is hidden away not in your face.
Job done!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Chrisee May be wrong but can't see any benefit for the pucks getting this release as it's aimed at the Glass TV side mainly?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe bug fixes and voice control are useful. The only Glass specific feature is the bluetooth audio.

@Jporch316 think I'm being punished for being too outspoken (and an Apple fanboy). At least there will be better discussions than 'my continue watching rail is playing up today', driven me spare the last couple of weeks. I'm with you, scrap the thing and concentrate on the playlists.
still on QS013

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTechnically if you opt out of CW via the link below then the rail should disappear for you, it may not be instant but it will go.
Then of course when CW is confirmed as fully fixed you could turn it back on. Plus it will essentially purge any stubborn things that don't remove.

@Tim+Adams Maybe too many people have taken your advice and clicked on the link as it has collapsed like the CW rail 🤣. It's the usual "Whoops, there's been an error" message

Looks like mainly a bug fix update – totally welcome and makes sense, you'd imagine they weren't working on new features/releases over Xmas/New Year.

I ignored most of the advice here and got a Sky Glass TV! (Loving it by the way). Updated to QS013.503.00P only. Hopefully 14 will drop on it before too long.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@82bit Like you I am also happy with my Sky Glass. I can't remember the last time I was forced to do a reboot 😀. Certainly it is no more often than I had to do it with Sky Q.
The Glass hardware if fine (I can't comment on Stream) but like many on the forum I am totally fed up with the inadequacies of the CW rail, playlist and the progress bar. I have no doub't that Sky will get it sorted but I hope it doesn't take them too long. I clearly remember that Q had many issues when it was first released.

Anyone know what criteria Sky use to determine how they push the updates out? Is it by install date or serial number batches or similar?
