What's the point of the Playlist?

I just want to record broadcasts. Playlists are like expressing an interest in a bird sweeping selection of TV that's associated with the show I want recorded. Sitting down to watch the F1 this morning. I have hundreds of broadcats to watch, covering previous races, interviews, and previews, but not the race itself. Added to that was a selection of "highlights" panels, one of which spoiled the result of the race they don't have. Cheaper tech would have recorded it.

Older technology.

Unfortunately the Glass/Stream 'Playlist' struggles with F1 at the best of times, and appears to have gone particularly wrong this weekend.
