Have added Chateau DIY Series 4 from channel 4 HD to my playlist when i go to watch i get the oops this is embarrassing message but i am able to watch all other programmes i stream from channel 4 HD can anyone help ??

Hi soz for not getting back earlier tried the switching off first but had ro do a resfresh app took a while but tjis seems to have worked stopped the wife from nagging lol

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@jamie5 Try rebooting your Glass (or puck) by unplugging it for a couple of minutes and then plugging it in again.
If that doesn't help go to settings > system management > resets & updates and then refresh the Apps. This can take a while but is done in the background so you can still use your system while the refresh is being done.

I know particularly with C4 app they add shows on there before they are available to stream and they can't be streamed usually until they have aired on the linear channels. So it's also possible this is the cause as well if @Fothergill1 's suggestion don't help.

I used to have this problem especially with programmes on Sky Witness but found I got a message to upgrade my subscription. I am now used to it so know the cause as soon as it happens and don't get stressed about it 😀.
