Watch from start jumps

When  i choose the watch from start option, after about 45 mins the tv jumps to live and its not always possible to rewind to where you were. Does this happen to everyone?

Hi @catfan

Short answer is no. Works as expected but with some issues sometimes. I guess one question back for you is, is there a pattern to this issue? I.e is it a specific channel or app (i.e. sky content, itv content etc).

I suspect it may be network instability issues which causes it to exit the "watch from live" and go back to the live feed. Are you connecting to the internet via WiFi?

Yes same issue...

I had thought it may be a network instability as had been suggested so I set up a network monitor which has yet to show any issues to explain the jumps.
