If you contact Sky they may be able to supply some. Sky also have a service company ServiceTech which list them as a spare part:

Go to the Electrical-deals page on eBay.co.uk.
In the 'Search all items' search box , search for:
sky glass power cable
sky glass remote
sky glass spacers - universal size fits the TV stand or wall mount
sky glass fascia - select the right size fascia for your TV (43", 55" or 65")
