Sky glass technical fault

My sky glass comes up with "there is a technical fault, please try again later", every 10 mins when i am watching BBC or ITV Chanel's, but not on recorded programmes or Netflix etc

@Debbie07 Try a reboot so see if that clears the glitch. To do this just switch off your Glass at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again.  It will take about a minute to reboot.
