Volume button not working

Come to my remote today and the volume button won’t work and it’s really delayed on response

Hi @Lucy74. 

Try turning it off at the socket, wait a min, then back on. If it still happens, try the info below.

Try resetting the remote, firstly press and hold 4 & 6 for around 10 seconds, then press and hold 7 & 9 for around 10 seconds.

Then attempt to pair by pressing and holding 1 & 3 until the message appears on screen.
