Hi all..looking for support. Friend has glass and voice guidance with hints is showing on but not working.. switched glass off and on at mains..bb working fine etc..

Any experts here to offer support.

@Jackie1770 I don't know what you are watching but in case you were not aware voice control through the remote or via the Glass TV is not available when using the Apps. It should work on Sky and live content though.
