My grandmother has a new Sky Glass TV and is having issues with the voice control. She's sight impaired so uses it to look up channels. She also has the screen reader on that narrates what's on the screen.
When she presses the voice button on the remote, the TV says "Listening" to tell her it's ready for a voice input. Unfortunately, the microphone is immediately turned on so includes the word "listening" in her search, which brings up something completely different to what she's searched for. So for example, instead of searching for "BBC One", it'll search for "Listening BBC One".
Is there any way of putting in a delay on the microphone so it doesn't pick up on what the TV is saying? It's making it very difficult for her to get the programmes she wants!
