@Tracey47 you may have tried this already, but have you reboot the Glass TV.
You just need to put it in standy mode, then turn it off at the plug. Wait 30 seconds to make sure it turned off then turn it back on at the plug.
Its seemingly quite normal for the Glass/Stream to require a few restarts over the first few days of use based on my experience.
