You will need to provide more information. We are fellow customers here not sky and have no idea who you contacted..

 

Is this the hello sky commands or is this pressing the mic button on your remote? What happens? Is there an error? Please provide as much information as you can.

Hi @Miller132 and welcome to the forum. I used to have Glass but now have a stream puck.  When either of them lost voice control in the past a reboot always resolved it for me.

 

To reboot you can either remove the power cable from the plug socket for a couple of minutes or go to Settings > system management > startup & standby > restart device.  Whilst the device is rebooting the screen will go blank for a while until the Sky logo appears. It takes a couple of minutes  to fully reboot.

The following worked for me when the voice commands stopped working on my glass 

 

Switch tv to standby (either with remote, or with button on side of set)

Switch off at plug

Switch on at plug (no waiting necessary)

When red standby light comes on, press Home button on remote.
