No planer

The programme guide and top bar with playlist, sports, news etc has disappeared and I can't find away to get it back. Already have done a factory reset

hi @Iain70 

 

It may just be a case of terminology but please may I check if you have SKY Q or do have SKY Stream (which I think seems to fit more with your wording)  ?
